In 1987 a small group of graduate designers/makers working in a basement studio in deepest Peckham, decided to celebrate Christmas
with an invitation to all their friends.to help clear out of old stock,
samples and ends of ranges at bargain prices,

The workshop Sale was Born.

We were all amazed at its success and were soon inundated with requests from
other makers to participate.
The jolly convivial atmosphere, and an opportunity to buy unique pieces from over 25 world-class designer makes the sale an un-missable event.

You would have to travel to the most exclusive shops of New York,
Milan and Singapore to buy much of this work in the shops.

Many customers travel far and wide together with our loyal band of local followers,
queuing round the block to be the first at the quality bargains, catch up with old friends, and buy a unique range of gifts, all under one roof.

The Workshop Christmas Sale is South London's best kept secret.
